Koth is a special type of expedition where the team has to defend the location from numerous mobs.
Building bonus doesn't apply on koths , but disposable items, evolution and new arena bonuses apply on here.
Unlike expedition, Every Koth location has separate set of multiple mobs per location, who may also summon other mobs to their aid .
Unlike expedition again, koth offers no experience points or point of progresses. Instead it offers point of honors and blood, people and lgo to some of the surviving members of the party
Every Koth has three or more levels. Once all the levels have been conquered by someone he gets an enchant. An enchant may be infused with any items in the hall of greater runes.

Options and resourcese
Well of Souls is a special type of hall especially built for underworld type realm only, it lets you use additional options connected with creating and upgrading items, stones and character :

* Create or disintegrate a stone
* Upgrade item
* Merge items
* Destroy items
* Tattoos

Seven resources are taken into account to use the Well:

* Nanites
* Mana
* Bloodstones
* Heartstones
* Lifestones
* Mergestones
* Soulstones

All stones can be found on quests. In addition you can get them when you have particular number of experience points.

Option - Create a stone
Lets you create or disintegrate stones. Their values are shown in the table below :

* Table one for creating bigger stones from smaller ones

Bloodstone x 10	 = Heartstone
Heartstone x 5	 = Lifestone
Lifestone x 3	 = Mergestone
Mergestone x 2 + Lifestone x 4	 = Soulstone

* Table two for breaking down bigger stones to smaller ones

Soulstone	 = 1x Mergestone + 2x Lifestone
Mergestone	 = 1x Lifestone + 1x Heartstone + 1x Bloodstone
Lifestone	 = 2x Heartstone + 2x Bloodstone
Heartstone	 = 5x Bloodstone

Option - Upgrade item
Lets you fill items with magical power of stones.

:Upgrading normal item by 1 level absorbs 1 bloodstone and on failure item level drops by 1. CHANCE OF SUCCESS 80%

:Upgrading normal item +5 to good level absorbs 1 lifestone and on failure item level drops by 3. CHANCE OF SUCCESS 50%

:Upgrading good item by 1 level absorbs 1 heartstone and on failure item level drops by 3. CHANCE OF SUCCESS 60%

:Upgrading good item +5 to perfect level absorbs 1 lifestone and on failure item level drops by 5. CHANCE OF SUCCESS 30%

:Upgrading perfect item by 1 level absorbs 1 soulstone and on failure item returns back to normal +0.!! CHANCE OF SUCCESS 30%

Option - Merge items
Lets you merge two different items of the same type (i.e. helmets, guns 1h etc.) and create new item.

Merging basic types of items
:If you merge two IDENTICAL items, i.e. Cap (+1) + Cap (+1), then you'll get the same item, but 1 level of quality better, in this example it would be Cap (+2).
If items differ in quality, then quality of new item will be equal to lesser quality + 1, i.e. Cap (+10) + Cap (+8) = Cap (+9).

:If you merge two items with different quality, i.e. hard hat (+1) + helmet (+5), the result is another item with quality equal to the item of with lesser quality, in this case result would be mask (+1).

Merging prefixes and suffixes
While merging items, prefix or suffix may change.
Neither Prefix nor suffix affects quality of items.

:If one of the items doesn't have prefix or suffix and the other does, then the result of merging will be deprived of that trait.

:In case of both items having prefix the result is an item with prefix. The same applies to suffixes.

Cost of merging
Cost of merging items is equal to total value of mana and nanites needed to create merged items. To merge items, mergestone is needed and it's absorbed during the process.

Option - Destroy item
Lets you regain part of mana and nanites from destroyed items.
Regains 1/10 of item's value (rounded up).

It is the ONLY way to gain these resources.You can't get them through attacks.

Option - Tattoos
Lets you choose path of development for your character through getting one of the unique tattoos characteristic for every race.

You can find more information on tattoos HERE.

The arena has been replaced by the new arena with effect from 15 April 2014 vide patch 1.5.0

Intro
The Arena is a massive dungeon founded by the Lord of Darkness outside of the City. He has announced to the city that he will hold a tournament every 7 days were teams of combatants can enter his Arena and try to make it out with the equipment from his personal armoury he has hidden inside.

Their are many catches though as this is no ordinary game, but one made by the master of the city, the Lord of Darkness himself. He has captured creatures from all 17 locations in the wastes and scattered them out through the arena to guard his treasures. Teams will have to not only risk fighting their way through these dangerous monsters but also the chance to encounter other teams from another clan, perhaps even members of your own clan who have gone blind with greed.

The winners are the best of the best, they gain the favor of the Lord of Darkness and even have a chance of becoming known as the Primarchs of the Dark Lord. There is no greater honour on this world. The Primarchs are above the law, they are the vampiric judges and executioners. No one who has been slain by a Primarch has ever been resurrected in the Well of Souls as the same person ever again.

<div style="float: left; padding: 10px 8px; margin-top: 10px; width: 60%;">
Enrollment Phase
Arenas take place over the course of the weekend, on Saturday and Sunday you go through the enrollment phase. During this time you can start, join and view the amount of teams gearing up for each location of the arena
* You have to enroll to participate in the Arena. This is the same process as creating a team for an expedition
* You cannot enter an arena location if you would not receive less than 50% of xp for that location.
* You can cancel your application up until the moment the host accepts you, at which point you are locked into the team. In the case of being rejected or when leaving the queue you are refunded with half of the blood spent on arcana
* The Arena fights begin on Monday at 22:00 server time
</div>
<div style="float: left; padding: 10px 8px; margin-top: 10px; width: 30%; height: 100px">
Arena Locations
The Arena map works just like expeditions with few slight changes
* Every location is always full of mobs
* An infinite number of teams can apply to any single area
</div>
<div style="float: left; padding: 10px 8px; margin-top: 10px; width: 45%;">
Combat
During an arena you have a chance to meet either a creature from that location or another team entered in the same area
* The sooner a team joined an Arena, the higher the likelihood they will fight against another team
* No matter the outcome both teams are eliminated and cannot continue onto a creature fight
</div>

<div style="float: left; padding: 10px 8px; margin-top: 10px; width: 45%;">
Fighting Against Creatures
If you encounter a mob in an arena you gain the same amount of XP and type of drops as you would on an expedition against this creature.
* You can get badges on the Arena just like during an expedition
* You do not gain nor lose honour points.
* The slain Mob is removed from the area and cannot be fought against by any other team
* If the creature survives, another team may still fight against it.
* WARNING! Arena Mobs are much stronger!
</div>
<div style="float: left; text-align: center; padding-left: 150px; margin-top: 10px; width: 60%;">
Fighting Against Another Team
* Honour is gained in in a fashion to sieges except that honour will always be added or deducted
</div>

<div style="float: left; text-align: center; padding-left: 150px; margin-top: 10px; width: 60%;">
Arena Stats
You can check your Arena stats in your profile:
</div>
<div style="float: left; padding-left: 290px; margin-top: 10px; width: 20%;">

Hit points
Hit points (HP) are the measure of vitality for your character. When your HP drops below 1 during an ambush you lose. However you do not die – The lord of Darkness has provided vampires access to be reborn in the Forge of the Seven Souls.

HP Factors
* Character Level
** 4 + (current character level divided by 10) hit points per level
* Race modifiers
* Disposable Items raising or lowering HP
* Buildings
** In defense: level of police station and charisma
** In attack: level of bodyguard agency and reputation
</div>
<div style="float: left; padding: 10px 8px; margin-top: 10px; width: 45%;">

Blood Points
Blood points (BP) is the amount of blood you keep at hand, usually using up your own blood or from small containers you take with you. They are used for Arcana.

BP are often mistaken with the liters of Blood that are stored in vampire's square, although you do fill up your BP with your stores of Blood, they are separate and your BP is not counted towards your current Blood reserves.

BP Factors
* Character level
** 2 blood points per level
* rRce modifiers
* Disposable and equipable Items
</div>
<div style="padding: 10px 8px; width: 100%; clear: both;">

Regeneration of HP & BP
Regeneration occurs whenever your HP or BP drops below 100%. <br>
Whenever this happens Blood is used for regeneration:
* Every 1 HP lost is replaced with 1 litre of blood
* Every 1 BP lost is replaced with 2 litres of blood

Notice that:

* Blood Points are expensive, so try to avoid using arcana when you don't need to
* Hit Points are regenerated first, then only after hit points are full, blood points are regenerated
* If character doesn't have full hit points, but there are some blood points left, BP is converted into HP
* HP is automatically regenerated at the beginning of an Ambush assuming you have at least one level of a bodyguard agency or the police station, but not at the start of a Siege

Examples of regeneration
You have 2 litres of blood, 15 hit points and 50 blood points. <br>
At the beginning 2 hit points will be regenerated (for 2 litres of blood), then 50 hit points (for 50 blood points). <br>
Afterwards you'll have 0 litres of blood, 67 hit points and 0 blood points.

Honour points may also be used to carry out hunt as well as to resurrect any monster on an expedition location and to end the phase one immediately at any time. Some disposable items consume honour points.

They can be gained through ambushes ( proportionate to the experience gained during the ambush thus higher the experience bigger the honour received.) King of the hill expeditions offer point of honour to the highest damage dealing survivor.
It may also be found in the souvenir shop where a player may choose his souvenir I'm the form of 5000 honour points.
WARNING! If a player starts a siege without maximum HP the game will count the missing HP as HONOUR PENALTY.
500 remaining Honour

* Whenever your character deals damage it is converted into honour
* Whenever your character is dealt damage you lose that much honour
WARNING! Regeneration effects do not increase the number of total Honour that can be gained for a player.

Example:
Player A HP  500/1000  Player B HP  1200/1200
is dealt dmg -100 deals dmg 100
Player A Honour -600/400  Player B Honour 100 /1200
Player A regenerates 300 HP

Player A HP  700/1000  Player B HP  1200/1200
Player A Honour -600/400  Player B Honour 100 /1200

Example 2:
Player A HP  1000/1000  Player B HP  1200/1200
Player A Honour -1000/0     Player B Honour 1000/1200

is dealt dmg -500 deals dmg 500

Player A HP   500/1000  Player B HP  1200/1200
Player A Honour -1000/0     Player B Honour 1000/1200

As you can see in the example you cannot lose more honour than your maximum HP and you cannot gain more honour for a player than his total HP at the beginning of a siege.

* In order for honour to be gained the following criteria have to be met:
** the siege must be player vs player.
** the siege cannot be a tie.
** there must be at least 5 vampires on both sides.
** if one of the clans deals twice more dmg than the other then honour is not gained.

* If a player dies during a siege they do not gain any honour, but still lose honour for lost HP.

* Killing blows give an additional bonus:
**Necropolis: 250 honour points.
**Underworld: 500 honour points.

* Cathedral, a first zone building, provides 100 honour/h

* If a player does not have maximum HP at the beginning of a siege then the missing HP will be treated as recieved dmg

*Realms with mercenary patch:
** honour may be gained through ambushes (10 xp = 1 honour rounded down), there are more honour-generating buildings in zones 2 and 3.
** clan novices do not gain nor lose honour during sieges unless they. Clan novices status persists for 24h after joining a clan.
** the leader of the clan gains double honour and loses only half.

King of the Hill aka Koth

Koth is a special type of expedition where the team has to defend the location from numerous mobs.

Building bonus doesn't apply on koths , but disposable items, evolution and new arena bonuses apply on here.

Unlike expedition, Every Koth location has separate set of multiple mobs per location, who may also summon other mobs to their aid .

Unlike expedition again, koth offers no experience points or point of progresses. Instead it offers point of honors and blood, people and lgo to some of the surviving members of the party

Every Koth has three levels. Once all the levels have been conquered by someone he gets an enchant. An enchant may be infused with any items in the hall of greater runes.

An enchant may be used or destroyed for getting higher chance to receive a better enchant in that location in future.

Blood Wars support you to build your character over either male or female gender upon your choice.

Gender determines your character's possibility of equipping items.

Most of the blood war items are unisex that is both male and females can wear it. However there are some items specifically intended to be worn by different sexes.

Example : in pant section skirt and kilt are examples of gender specific items.
Gender doesn't influence
Your character statistics,
Your luck/ chance,
Your HP.
