Laying sieges, joining

Any square in any zone may be the target of the siege, if level requirements are met.

In case of besieging empty square, it is overtaken immediately, however you will have to construct every building again (there is no coming back).

In the event of laying siege on non-empty square, it is also considered an attack on another vampire. It has to be declared 18 hours before an actual beginning, the target and all members of fighting clans (if aggressor or defender belong to a clan) are informed about it.

First phase

In the first phase of siege (preparations), following actions are possible:

  • siege may be canceled in any time of the first phase by besieging player or leader of the clan. In case of cancellation, points of blood spend are not returned.
  • members of attacking and defending clans are able to join the siege to a maximum of 50 members from each warring party.
  • any other operations are possible (quests, armory etc.).

Second phase

Duration of second phase depends on distance between attacking and defending player. It may last from 10 minutes to maximum of 1 hour.

In the second phase siege can't be canceled, no one can join it, and everyone who joined it can't perform any actions such as quests, armory and ambushes until the end of besieging (no matter of side of conflict).


Siege may be done once per 2 days (in case of premium account – once per day). This restriction is in force in case of besieging empty square. Also cancellation of a siege will cause this situation to happen (no matter who canceled the siege – you or your clan's leader).

Player, whose square is besieged, can't begin siege.

Players may be besieged once in 24 hours. It applies for beginning a siege (its first phase). If siege was canceled, another one may begin 1 hour after the cancellation. Player, who laid siege, is still subject to the 24/48 hours restriction since the beginning of the siege.

After taking over new territory, player is protected from sieges for 24 hours. It applies for besieging empty square and winning a siege that was meant to overtake opponent's square (doesn't apply for defeated player).

The contest

Combat carries on until the last man of one warring party dies. It consist of maximum 10 rounds. If both sides are still alive after 10 rounds, siege is tied.

Every contestant uses arcana at the beginning of combat, effect remains until the end. In case of Bloodmagic arcana (basic Absorber's arcana), player who was attacked first is affected.

Sum of agility and perception is what lets you attack first (the greater they are the sooner you attack), no matter of side of conflict.

Gdy gracz A atakuje gracza B, obliczana jest szansa na wyprowadzenie ataku na podstawie różnicy spostrzegawczości. Jeśli test wypadnie pozytywnie to gracz A zadaje cios graczowi B. W przypadku negatywnego testu, atak gracza A spada na koniec kolejki ataków (czyli na koniec rundy). Tam sytuacja się powtarza (ponownie losowany jest gracz któremu zadajemy obrażenia i ponownie możliwe jest spadnięcie na koniec kolejki) i tak do czasu, aż gracz wyczerpie swoje ataki lub zginie.

Przykładowo mając 4 ataki bronią białą, 2 są wyprowadzane w normalnej kolejce a dwa inne na osoby z większą spostrzegawczością przechodzą na koniec rundy. Tam np jeden cios jest wyprowadzany a drugi ponownie przechodzi na koniec rundy. Za każdym razem przeciwnik losowany jest od nowa.

Damage is dealt as in normal combat.

The only building that can affect players during this combat is graveyard. Dead players don't participate in further combat, such player can't attack and be attacked.

Death of the organizer of the siege/defender lowers damage done by his party by 10%. Similarly death of the clan leader or his absence during the siege, lowers damage done by that clan's members by additional 10%.

Winning and looting

Winning party loots 20% of collective resources of their opponents. That loot is divided among every player of the winning side, the organizer gets twice that amount.

In case of overtaking opponent's square and victory of the aggressor, exchange of terrains takes place, including buildings, but without any loots.

No other exchanges happen. Players do not exchange their resources and items.

Every vampire may be the owner of only one square.
