Initiative
Definition:
Initiative is the algebraic sum total of the battle time agility and perception of a vampire.
Function:
Initiative is the decisive factor for hitting sequence. The player with higher initiative will always hit first in the round.
Place of influence:
Initiative works wherever any battle occurs hence it influences all ambushes, sieges, expeditions and king of the hills
Bonus initiative:
Under the new arena, ninja is responsible for adding extra initiative to the character using it.
